Sorry if this is the wrong place but I really want to declare war. I'm checking out countries off the world map from regions near me and it says yes under the war column but I don't see any controls to attack. Help!
My country is bkul a Chinese dictatorship

Right,
Step1 : on the world rankings page or wherever you're looking at find your target and then click their name For example if I wanted to attack Weeksy I'd just click his name on the world rankings, this will bring you to his nation page Step2 : scroll down to the bottem of the nation page and click declare war. (Be sure to check their military tab and time offline before declaring war.)

As a side note, don't attack anyone with a bigger military than you, you will lose. Further, do not attack anyone in INNAWDS, AA, DL, or a few others unless they are at least 72 hours inactive, or I will hunt you down and kill you.

Thank you both. Thank you especially for the walkthrough with pictures. Youre the boss, Lykos I would like to join your alliance system. My country is badass and a great asset to have. In addition I kick ass. Please advise An important consideration when attacking is exactly how and where they are strong. For example, my own air force is 'large'. That means I have 8 levels out of a possible 10 of aircraft. If someone with only a 'somewhat large' air force attacked me with aircraft, I would have a very high chance of winning the battle (and thus destroying one level of THEIR air force, making the air battle even more into my favor). On the other hand, if someone with a 'very powerful' air force attacked me, they have a decent chance of winning the air battle. However, it is not guaranteed that an air battle will go one way or another unless there are at least 3 levels of difference. Even someone with maxed out air might lose against my aircraft (and then probably rage quit, since that would be hilariously bad luck). On the other hand, my navy is one of the best; I have 11 ships. Unless someone had 12 or more ships, and few do, they would be ill advised to attack me in a naval battle, even if they have a tech advantage (I just won a defensive war due largely to this advantage, actually). The same applies to training, military size and technology level. You don't want to attack someone on a higher technology level than you, unless you *massively* outnumber them in all other ways (3 levels or more air advantage, 5 ships ahead of his fleet, twice his troops and better training, and even *then* you should be hesitant about attacking). Remember, you can only attack one target at a time... but you can BE attacked while you're attacking someone. If you try to kill someone that's in an alliance and active, then it is likely that one of their friends will attack you in turn. That's called a double-front, and it can turn the tides of war in a terrible hurry, since while you can only attack once per turn... so can *each* of them, and therefore they do twice as much. This is particularly important in the case of Weeksy; while his military is relatively weak, he shares a region with his ally Lykos. Lykos' military is unrivaled, so attacking the AA would be suicidal. So, in summary, make sure you carefully look at your enemy and consider how to fight him. Even if he personally looks weak, his allies could be strong. Of course, these strategic considerations don't matter quite so much when it comes to genuinely inactive nations. If they don't come online... then they can't respond to anything that you do, and you'll inevitably win through sheer attrition, as long as you have the advantage in at least ONE way. Even if they never do get online, it won't matter if you can't break through their front lines
