lel Obongo has never been playing for power in any iteration of bloc, he has always played for fun yoloing against communists.
Colter went with a nieche alliance theme that wasn't just LA and happened to get most of his members in LA, if he just wanted power then he'd have gone with something much more generic that would appeal to people in Latin america.
LC doesn't even  have many LA nations.

It is about the absolute anarchist imperative: To raise all the capacity for the directment of the force of militaristic violence upon whatever deemed deserving as the target of my destruction by the absolute will of my inner most heart.

That will to power seeks only the blood of those whom's its arbitrary and ineffeble laws are broken by, and though much may be said about the atrocity of such an intent, one cannot find fault in the internal consistency of such an imperative. In short, each of us will act to create the world that we see fit; if those worlds are consistent, we will rejoice and make merry, and if they are not, I see no alternative but to completely dismiss the desires of peace, and invest all the resources we may each muster towards the efforts of our bloodless staring match, all across the southern end of the Atlantic ocean.
