Destroying an active nation outright isn't valid grounds for war? How about completely ignoring diplomatic communiques? Also general faggotry (If that's not a CB, the meta is well and truly ded)?
In any case, Estagon DID strive for peace, now it's happened. This seems pretty straightforward, if you ask me.

First of all, seeking for reparations and literally slaughtering one nation are completely different things. Also, it is our concern. We have a MDMAP with UAR, and I see all my MDMAPs as unofficial merging. When we sign one, it means that the signatory alliances will help each other as much as they can until the end. And it is exactly what we were doing. It was our concern and Emily was wrong. We had a casus belli and actually we are the only ones, along to our allies, who tried to do something against Emily's inhumanity. |

How the fuck is anyone supposed to be expected to 'return' land EXCEPT through surrender? Which, again, I am compelled to point out that he DID. Asking for land conquered from previous lost wars is absurdly cheeky anyway. And it doesn't matter what alliance he was in, he asked for help from anyone that would listen, through comms and global decs. Just because SPQR is happy to leave an ally to get permafarmed doesn't mean everyone is willing to let it go so easily. |

MDMAP: Mutual Defence and Mutual Aggression pact. Looking at its description it means that we share the casus belli. Also, I don't pretend you to say that we have a valid Casus Belli, as obviously you won't say it. I pretend you to know that we aren't wrong. I haven't been leading an alliance to see Bloc falling deeper and deeper due to players like Emily and her guys.
